WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

Our delivery charges are calculated automatically when you fill out your order. In many cases delivery is free within the UK if your order exceeds £ 100.  

WHO LONG DOES ORDERS TAKE?

All orders to the UK with free delivery take 2-3 days to arrive (excluding weekends and national holidays). If you haven't yet received your order, please contact us via e-mail customer-service@louisevarberg.co.uk.

If you placed an order for delivery outside of the UK, please contact us via e-mail customer-service @louisevarberg.co.uk. 

WHO LONG IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

You can return your jewellery, excluding custom jewellery within 15 days. Please see return policy. 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT SIZE AND IS THE PICTURES ACTUAL SIZE? 

Most products do have measurement in the description. As computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image via the Internet. If you have any further queries please E-mail customer-service @louisevarberg.co.uk.

WHAT IS YOUR VAT NUMBER?

United Kingdom orders: We are not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. E-mail customer-service @louisevarberg.co.uk if you have further queries.

International orders: Depending on your chosen shipping destination, local taxes, duties or customs clearance fees may apply. All such charges have to be covered by the customer separately and are not included in the invoice.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of payments depending on your chosen delivery country, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro and PayPal. In special circumstances, we can accept payment by bank transfer - however, please note that we will be unable to dispatch your goods until payment has been received and cleared.
